Walking is best and method to diet. First of all , it's easy to lose weight. And everyone can it. Let's try it!!

POINT
1, walking 30 minutes day.
2, 10 minutes ×3 times also OK!!

Joggong is best method to make one's muscle. If you want to try it, I recomemend that you waking 10minutes, next jogging 5 minutes.This method is easy for you.
